I was pleasantly surprised by their response that there is indeed documentation available, but that it is rarely needed due to the simplicity of the app. And, boy, were they right! The platform is so intuitive and straightforward that I didn't even need to consult the documentation at all. This was a huge relief, as I often find myself struggling with confusing and overly complicated software. Kudos to the team at Responsly for creating such an outstanding product! Pros Setting up surveys has never been easier. Responsly understand the importance of making sure your surveys are just right. Apart from ease of use, the design of the whole app is beautiful. User interface is clean, and support is very helpful. Cons Some features are missing, but the platform is young and they are catching up with that.
