I would never recommend this booking site. Avoid it at all costs. Booking .com is far better and provides reliable customer service.

Pros

Tripla's website looks very impressive but the business model is flawed and has failed to deliver the expected service to this customer. It is impossible to contact them and they will not back up the customer service claims they promise.

Cons

We booked a hotel in Hokkaido via Tripla. We wish to cancel one night. We are well within the cancellation date. Tripla will not assist with this, despite saying that changes to bookings is a service they provide.
