Microsoft Accessに比べ、初めから形が用意されているためカスタマイズがしやすく、VBAの知識があれば連動した計算も可能なため大変便利でした。 また手間はかかりますが、運用を始めてからでも後から微調整や機能の追加ができる点は特に便利に感じています。

Pros

自由にカスタマイズできる点が特に優れていると感じる。市販のソフトでは中々カバーできなかった会社独自の運用に対し、オーダーメイドのソフトを開発することなく柔軟に対応できた。 また運用費用も月々の支払ではなく、買い切りな点も大きなメリットでした。

Cons

絞り込みする際、ADN検索しかできない点は改善してほしい。 複数の項目のいずれかに該当するものを表示できるようにOR検索ができればさらに使いやすくなるのではと感じる。 またエクスポートもCSVではなく、通常のエクセルファイルにも対応いただけると大変助かります。

基本的には良いポイントで上げた通りです。 CT機能が搭載されているが活用できていないのが実情です。その他の機能で必要十分ではありますが、機能を最大限に生かせる活用をしていきたいと考えています。 無料で本格的な機能を期限なく使えたことが、導入の決め手です。

Pros

Excel感覚で直感的に操作できる点が優れていると思います。 一般的なオフィスユーザーはExcelを使うことが可能なので、多くの機能を無料で使うことが出来ます。特にサポートに頼ることなく、試行錯誤でやりたいことが出来ています。

Cons

iosやandroid端末で閲覧だけでもできるようになると外回りのときなどとても役に立ちます。 また、データベース毎の連携ができたらと思います。 機能を知らないだけかもしれませんが、売上管理、問合せ管理、イベント管理など複数管理する必要があるようなので、顧客管理マスターで一元化しデータの一元化をしたいです。

利用環境では項目数が多いため、操作に慣れるには時間がかかる。しかし、低コストでデータベース環境を構築できた。また、クラウドに対応していることで、利用者の利便性が向上したため、旧会員管理環境と比較して、作業効率が向上した。

Pros

項目数にもよるが、平易に会員管理データベースを構築できる。実際に運用する上でいくつかの表を結合する必要があるが、Fullfreeではリンク対応をしているため、問題なく利用できている。 また、Excelとの相性がよく、帳票を作りやすい。

Cons

DileMakerのようなカード形式の検索フォームがあるとよい。また、Excelで作成した帳票のセルにFullfreeの度のデータを入れるか指定した時に、重複したデータを入力出来るようになっているところが、帳票作成でミスを招いていると考える。

クラウド不要で低コスト、かつ操作もシンプルな顧客管理ソフトを選ぶなら、やはりFullfreeが最有力だと思います。さらにCTI機能まで搭載されているため、導入しやすい上にコスパも非常に高く、幅広い業務で頼れるソフトだと感じます。

Pros

低コストで必要十分な顧客管理ソフトだと思います。動作も軽く、シンプルなツールなので誰でも簡単に使用できるのが良いです。また、公式のマニュアルがあるのでわからない部分などもすぐに解決できるのがユーザーに優しいと思います。

Cons

改善点は特にありませんが、操作を動画でわかりやすく説明してくれたり、活用方法や応用事例を詳しく紹介してもらえると、より理解が深まると思いました。また、他のユーザーがどのように使っているかの具体的な使用例があると、さらに参考になると感じます。

用語がわかりづらいところがあるが、それを気にせず使えるくらいにUIが優れている。動作が軽快で、着信があってからポップアップするまでの時間が短い。無料で使用できる範囲が広い。CTIシステムのソフトとして癖がなく、幅広い業種に勧めることができる。

Pros

CTIシステムとして利用しているが、動作が軽く、安定している。UIが優れており、操作が直感的でわかりやすい。無料で出来ることの幅が広いため、１人で利用するのであれば無料の範囲内で充分使える。有料にした場合の利用料金もリーズナブル。

Cons

用語がわかりづらいので、別の言葉に置き換えるか、解説ページを設けてほしい（レコード、テーブルなど）。Fullfree側から電話の発信を出来るようにしてほしい。Googleカレンダー等と連携できるようにしてほしい。

データベースとしては、かなりレベルが高いと思います。Fullfreeを使って良かったと思います。それだけです。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

Pros

入力し易いです。ソートが簡単です。宛名ラベル作成が簡単です。ソートがしやすい。顧客ごとに一枚のカードになることで見やすく、整理がしやすい。共有データベースがあるのが安心です。簡単に起動するので煩わしくない。

Cons

簡単にデータが消せてしまうこと。それだけです。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

安価でこれだけの機能はすばらしいです 電話応対から少しづつシステムをアップデートしていけばダイレクトメール送信や請求書発行などに発展していけるので、本当は事業を始めるときに導入するのがベストではないかと思いました

Pros

エクセルの入力とウィンドウズの設定ができる程度の私ですが、ウェブサイトの説明も適切で簡単にシステムの構築ができました 安価であることもトライするきっかけになりました 顧客管理はもちろん、設定をすれば着信音が鳴る直前にグーグルでどこの電話番号かの検索結果が表示でき、簡単に顧客名に「迷惑電話」と登録することで迷惑電話を一切対応せずによくなりました

Cons

改善してほしい点は思いつかないほど使いやすいソフトだと思います。 すでにあるかもしれませんが、オンラインでシステム構築代行サービスやシステムの改良を行っていただけるサービスがあればパソコンに詳しくない個人事業主にも広まっていくかもしれません

Pros

コストパフォーマンス。エクセルでは機能不足だがパッケージシステムだと柔軟性が足りない、という状況に最適です。自由自在にシステムが作れる印象です。

Cons

特に思いつきません。 機能を増やすと扱いにくくなるので、これで必要十分だと思います。

ある程度DB知識があればとても使いやすいシステムだと思うので、まったく知識のない方が使いやすくというよりは、ある程度知識のある方向けに開発していってほしいです。またデータ件数が多くなるとテーブルを切り替えて表示する際、もたつきを感じます（長い時で５秒程度）表示件数を少なくしたり、WIFIを有線に変えたりしてとりあえず対応しています。（終了して再開すると一時的に早くなります。）レスポンスの改善を望みます。

Pros

データベース構築が容易で自由度が高いこと。また、ある程度DB知識があればとても使いやすいシステムだと思うので、まったく知識のない方が使いやすくというよりは、ある程度知識のある方向けに開発していってほしいです。

Cons

①バッチ更新機能（update、insert）・・・現在テーブルをエクスポートし、excelでフラグを立てたり更新日を変更してインポートして一括更新していますが、FullFree上で更新(update・・・)や(insert into・・・）出来たら大変助かります。 例）受注済みデータ10000件から1000件を条件で絞り込み、出荷した際に出荷日と出荷済みF更新する・・・など ②確認ボタンのイベントを発生時にマクロのようなもがあれば、入力した内容の整合性チェックができるのでぜひ機能追加をご検討ください。

入社歴の浅いスタッフでも安心して電話に出られる。顧客台帳から、任意の顧客情報を拾って表示することができる。

Cons

不満なく使えています。強いて挙げれば価格をもう少し下げてもらえると助かります。2台目以降の初期費用等。
