## What is T-Macss?

T-Macss allows Japan-centered employees to turn their smartphones into business phones and use office phone functions, including extensions. Staff members can set the app to play a voice message outside business hours or during breaks and vacation leave. The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) feature automatically sorts incoming calls and plays a pre-set audio message for clients on a waitlist. Users can record calls and save data on a cloud server, allowing business administrators to view call histories and listen to recorded conversations. Enterprises can also set multiple conditions for incoming calls, like transferring calls made to absent operators.

My overall experience was positive. I worked with T-Macss for a number of years and suited our needs extremely well.

Pros

If you are a manager or time keeper, it is very easy to navigate. It is very easy to create reports for your needs or your staff.

Cons

The only think I can think of is the tiers of the program related to the price of the system.
