Pros I used STRIPE invoicing and I liked how easy the system is to use with STRIPE. And go customer service as well. Cons The one CON I had about Invoicing with STRIPE was the billing to the customer that they used. I contacted billing and it was a mess. We don't have to worry about whether we are going to have trouble reconciling at the end of the month, and can trust Stripe will consistently do what it is designed to do. Pros The simplicity of the setup and use. Both parties receive account receipts almost instantly and the reconciliation process is much easier than other platforms. We don't have time to sift through multiple random payments at end of month, which is why we use Stripe. Cons I can't think of or identify any negatives about the platform. It meets all of our needs perfectly for a small business. Pros What I like most about stripe is that its payment gateway is easy for users to use, it doesn’t have as many complications as PayPal, which sometimes requires users to create an account, and it also accepts other payment processors such as WeChat , Apple pay and Google pay. The reports are clear, they clearly identify the clients you have and how many times and what total amount they have paid, they accept all credit cards and the fees are competitive. It's very self-explanatory and doesn't need much onboarding. Getting more complete with time. Cons There could be a feature within the invoices in which the customer could pay a partial amount of the total invoice. As an events agency, I miss that feature, considering we deal with deposits.
