Director Of Marketing And Advertising Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Stripe invoice- receive payments without complications" October 31, 2023 5.0 It is a payment processor with many functions, and I want to emphasize this, there are many tools, you need technical knowledge to understand and get the most out of it, but at the same time it is very easy to use since it has an intuitive interface, I like that you can send single payment invoices or recurring invoices to clients very easily. Pros What I like most about stripe is that its payment gateway is easy for users to use, it doesn’t have as many complications as PayPal, which sometimes requires users to create an account, and it also accepts other payment processors such as WeChat , Apple pay and Google pay. The reports are clear, they clearly identify the clients you have and how many times and what total amount they have paid, they accept all credit cards and the fees are competitive. Cons Honestly it's pretty darn easy, I have no complaints at all. Switched from [PayPal](https://www.capterra.com/p/207944/PayPal/) Paypal invoices were more annoying and finicky to set up, plus it required accessing and downloading data form another platform. Pros I used STRIPE invoicing and I liked how easy the system is to use with STRIPE. And go customer service as well. " December 17, 2023 5.0 Stripe has made small job invoicing straight forward and simple. We don't have to worry about whether we are going to have trouble reconciling at the end of the month, and can trust Stripe will consistently do what it is designed to do. Pros The simplicity of the setup and use. Both parties receive account receipts almost instantly and the reconciliation process is much easier than other platforms. We don't have time to sift through multiple random payments at end of month, which is why we use Stripe. Cons I can't think of or identify any negatives about the platform.
