Pros I found it easy to set-up and use. I was able to sync historic data when I first activated the accounts. From then on, it happened automatically. They're customer support is quick and helpful. Cons I would prefer it if they would email my monthly invoices. At the moment I have to login each month and download the invoices. Review Source JT John T. I knew that getting the breakdown of payments from those platforms would be important, so when I found that Bnbtally could do all of that automatically it felt like a no brainer, and has proven to be one of my favorite tools that I use in my business. Pros Ease of set-up, user friendly, reliable customer service, provides such a helpful and time saving service. Cons Initially cost, but for what it provides I'm happy to pay it. Reason for choosing Tallybreeze Bnbtally was the first product of its kind that I can across, and it looked perfect for my needs so I didn't look any further. CEO Hospitality Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Thank you for giving me my time back" September 5, 2023 5.0 Four years ago I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to keep up with my QuickBooks. I was given Bnbtally as a possible software that could help me. I met with \[sensitive content hidden\] over Zoom. After he showed me what Bnbtally could do for me I signed up that night. Since then I can't even tell you how many hours of my life I got back. I don't even have to look at over half of my transactions that come into QuickBooks. Bnbtally automatically takes care of matching all the transactions up to the bank statements. I know enough about accounting to barely keep up with my books. Anyone can use this if they follow the setup they clearly line out for you. If you're struggling with your Airbnb payouts getting into Quickbooks this is the best product I have seen out there. Don't wait, get your time back so you can get back to living life. Pros I like that it is a set-it-and-forget-it product. Cons I would love it if they have phone support, but they don't. April 23, 2024 5.0 I cannot rave enough about how much I love Bnbtally! It saves me so much time spent doing bookkeeping and the software itself is so intuitive and easy to set up! The documentation and support is truly one of the best experiences I've had with software and I couldn't be happier with the product and support received to date. Highly highly recommend to any STR operators using Airbnb or VRBO booking platforms! Pros \- Saves time - Easy to setup - Great support - Awesome documentation - Product simply works as advertised Cons \- Nothing, I wish it could be used for more booking channels! Pros It eliminates the need to constantly and manually categorize and split incoming payments by automatically creating invoices in QB and then matching them correctly when paid. Genius. The setup is quick and easy and is very much a "set it and forget it" type software (which is perfect for us). In addition, the support we have received is outstanding. Any time we have questions or need assistance, they are quick to respond or hop on a call and walk us through it. We would highly recommend them. I've never had a better experience with an integrated app!I download the accounts it recommended. I then was able to meet with \[sensitive content hidden\]. He helped me get my properties set up in BnBTally, answered my questions and has met with me to fix class problem I had in QBO. Pros BnBTally saves countless hours with invoice creation, bill creation and capturing bank transactions through the banking feed.Last month we had 128 reservations and I did not have to enter one invoice to record revenue or one bill to record cleaners expenses! Cons Did not know this product existed for the past year!
