I have only used it once or twice but it is nothing to brag about because there are too many cons to this platform.

Pros

One pro regarding Beams is efficiency and accessibility.

Cons

There are many cons some being reliance and fee models.

Beams help me stay on the same page with my employees. Thanks to this tool the atmosphere in the team has become more sincere and supportive. Employees began to talk about their needs more often and help each other. I'm very pleased with the results, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it can continue to help our team.

Pros

Beams allow me to track changes in the state of my employees with regular Pulse Surveys. It also provides analytics that helps me understand how my team is performing and identify areas of improvement. This way, I can better understand the strengths and weaknesses of my team and make better decisions on how to manage and lead them. I also use the platform to give regular feedback to my team.

Cons

It's hard to call a con, but I miss the opportunity to write gratitude from Slack. I think with this tool more team members would thank each other. I'd be happy to have that feature in the future.
