The system works and is reliable. Hoping to see a couple of simple features developed on their roadmap. Pros I was able to set up SurveySense in just a couple of minutes with no training. Cons One-question surveys should be able to require comments and email if the score is below average.Multi-question surveys should have more flexibility to change style options like button style and colors.
