"Invaluable Tool for Business and Personal Use!"
Overall: Extremely good. At both personal and business level. We use it to offer a professional service for our client where the business workflow will extract data from PDFs, insert into Data bases and then create report/live dashboards.
Pros: It worked perfectly against Acrobat Pro in my use cases. I use it on my business workflow where I offer services to clients to extract data from PDFs, insert into Data bases and then create report/live dashboards. We also use it for documentation, contractual discussion/commentaries and annotations. It is widely used at a personal and business level. The Mobile version is very expensive compared to the windows version, but having it on the go really does make a difference!
Cons: Nothing much that I dislike about PDF Extra except that it sometimes does not provide with good conversion result when used to convert PDF into Excel. For our business workflow, we also use other products to test run the conversion from PDF to Excel to ensure we get a stable result (when dealing with new pdf templates).

Overall: I can send all of the invoices and spreadsheets per client in one document and can be saved as one document by the receiver.
Pros: I send out invoices to management and it makes it easier to combine all of them in one file according to groups.
Cons: Sometimes, it freezes and crashes if I'm moving and combining a lot of documents that day.

Overall: We have been really impressed with PDF extra, it has a really great user interface that is way easier to navigate than some competiors (I'm looking at you POwer PDF) so getting ther most out of the product is easy, pricing is excellent, great features for a budget price.
Pros: Ability to edit PDF documents, document conversion to office formats
Cons: CoNvert PDF to PPTX would be good, requires a 2nd purchase to use on mobile device
