### "So Glad We Switched from Smarsh"

We have to meet regulatory complaints as well as we do enjoy the eDiscovery tools as well. has most all the digital channels we use. They have great pricing!

Pros

We get all the critical (and many nice to have) tools we need to meet SEC and FINRA compliance. The financial services industry is highly regulated and litigious, but you can get all the functionality in as you can with big brands like Smarsh or Global Relay.

Cons

Not much to mention here. Any issues or complaints were immediately addressed.

My overall experience with the company in the last year has been excellent. The migration team was highly professional and efficiently transferred our archives from our previous vendor. Their communication in resolving issues is exceptional. The compliance reporting tool is powerful and easy to use, and adding users and domains is seamless. Lastly, the ROI is exactly as expected!

Pros

As the CTO of my firm, I appreciate the product’s clean and intuitive UX. The interface is well-designed, making it easy to read and navigate. The workflow is straightforward and user-friendly, allowing for a smooth learning curve. Additionally, their knowledge base and support team provide excellent guidance whenever I need assistance.

Cons

The product lacks integration with some platforms, but I am confident they will expand their connectors as demand for their product grows.

Too expensive for the return on investment. The learning curve for using the tool is steep. They nickel-and-dime for every request needed to retain or obtain data. Adding users, adding domains, and setting policies would have to be done through support at a cost.

There are not cons that come to mind. I just wish the text archiving seemed more straightforward

Coming from another "800 pound Gorilla" in the industry prior to getting connected with , I can't say enough about how satisfied we have been with them.

Pros

The SERVICE, ease of use, and stability of the platform.

Cons

Can't think of anything really. We have been with them for about 13 years so far, and of the few problems we have had during that time, they were resolved the same day, if not within hours.

We have used for many years and it always has worked as it should.

Pros

What I like most about Message Watcher is the amazing service. When we got audited by the SEC 3 or 4 years ago, I asked my rep (Craig Dinan, who is amazing) if he could help me get what the SEC requested and he got it to me the day I requested it! Meanwhile, we use a different provider for email through an agreement with a different company. That provider took more than a week and there was a pretty serious charge to get it. I am a big fan.

Cons

There is nothing so far that I don't like.

### "Don't overpay for the same compliance and archiving services"

The customer service is outstanding. I will never leave.

Pros

We have used some of the big brands in the industry. They are full of features and options that don't apply to our uses. We also love the flexible contracts. - Archiving of all sites, socials, and communications we use - eDiscovery platform is simple and saved us!

Cons

Plenty of reports are available, but a few more options for reporting parameters would be nice. They do run customer reports for us and sends them within a day or 2.

Have had this software for years. May have been a client for over 15 years. Would not move to another software for any reason.

Pros

Always locates email messages. Flawless. Also support is outstanding. I send in a question and answer is returned sometimes before I can go back to my search. We have had the software for over 10 years. To say it’s saved us by locating an email we desperate needed to find is an understatement.

Cons

Needed to take more time to learn how to use software. That’s not a issue as much as it’s my inability to be patient and follow instructions.
