"A good idea, with little spark"

**Overall:** We didn't choose Spark Loyalty, it was a company that was sold a few times and we're here now.

**Pros:** Signing up customers is easy because it's the same process across the industry.

**Cons:** Very buggy, crashes often, and helpdesk is a joke.
