We joined them early on and their determination and progress to make their platform the absolute best, is great to see. If we have suggestions on features that we think could enhance the program or growth opportunities, they are always willing to hear us out and it's awesome to see some of them implemented. Pros I love how easy and efficient it is to draft offers and addendums. Their support channel is amazing and will help walk you through any situation and help get the desired outcome. This is one of the only software where I confidently tell my team to reach out to support and I know that they will have quick responses so that we can move on with business. Cons A desired feature would be if I execute an offer in the offers tab, then it updates the overall transaction status instead of me having to update a similar thing twice. Alternatives considered [SkySlope](https://www.capterra.com/p/172896/SkySlope/) Reason for choosing Jointly I found out SkySlope was better for a brokerage compliance department vs agents sending paperwork to their clients. Switched from [Docusign](https://www.capterra.com/p/121506/Docusign/)[dotloop](https://www.capterra.com/p/136372/dotloop/) We started with Dotloop and then tried DocuSign and Zipforms before going back to Dotloop. We were not happy with their pricing structure for a large team and the 2 step authentication was difficult for our support staff. We were introduced to Jointly and it's been a great decision. It basically does all the work for you. Simple and to the point. Cons I currently do not have any cons or issues with Jointly. " April 10, 2023 5.0 I would recommend Jointly to all real estate industry professionals. Overall, my experience has been superb. Pros I love that Jointly is user-friendly for all users, not just those in the industry. For those in the industry, it makes writing offers, amendments, and all documents a breeze! The systemization simplifies filling contracts and amendments out and reduces room for errors. I also really appreciate how responsive the support team. Pros Smart forms are 10+ years ahead of other competitors in the industry. Jointly is using the latest form technology instead of updating an antiquated platform like many of the other systems. The data aggregation is the most complete and accurate. I have never trusted a tool more, and I have seen a consistent increase of features. Pros I love how easy the application is to use. Another reason is that they are quick to reply with any questions you may have. A very user friendly application. Cons When I need to send certain documents, sometimes they are only sent to one person instead of both parties, which makes communication with clients more challenging. Review Source SM Samantha M.
