Really easy to implement and get started. When we ran into road blocks Cue was great and trouble shooting and solving the issues.

Pros

They are extremely customer centric which is hard to find these days. We see cue as a partner to success.

Cons

Nothing really, it was very simple but when there were issues both companies helped solve the issues.

Reason for choosing Cue

Cost was a factor but Cues customer centric approach is why we ultimately chose them.

Cons

Features are still being implemented, so some functionality is missing, but credit to Cue, these are being addressed.
