Director Child Day Care Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "A very professional App" October 15, 2024 5.0 KidsDay has helped me and my staff a lot in creating an online and technological "file" that you can use anywhere and anytime without having to spend so much time and financial resources on papers. It has also given us very good opportunities and it is not just a simple daily report as it also includes observations and evaluations for the children which make the work much more professional and helps us to be in step with world trends. Pros The saving time provided by this app and the facilitation in my daily work. Pros The updates/ improvements in app based on feedbacks of teachers, and the way it makes the raporting to the parents more professional with details. Cons I would say more that I have a suggestion for the app. To sent notifications to the teacher if she forgets to check in the children or write details of the day. Cons The things we're not satisfied with are minor details we hope will be addressed later, like the logo on photos and personalized options for specifying who is picking up each child from the childcare center. Have been looking for an education management app for months that has a clean UI, easy and simple to use, has messaging features, and can track attendance while also track students progress. And KidsDay is just perfect! Would definitely recommend everyone to check it out! Pros I liked how the UI is just the perfect amount of simplicity and functionality. They really only put the features that we really need in the app, and make it less stressful for us to set up a whole management system into it. The customer service is also top notch! I wanted to reach out to upgrade into Paid Plan but instead was replied by the \[sensitive content hidden\] about how they are allowing free access to us until the end of the year, which is incredible! Cons I only did not like how the Parents cannot see the AI Development Progress of each child in their website view, meanwhile the teachers and staff can. So we have to send it manually to them. Hopefully, this will be fixed when their app is launched!
