TeamAssurance breaths new life into Lean Manufacturing, making it more visible, people more engaged - accountable and responsible.

Pros

Incredibly easy use and designed for shop-floor use - training takes just a couple of hours. Major focus on Problem solving tools and activity.

Cons

The ability to un-do task/activity entry.

Reasons for choosing TeamAssurance

It was the closest to pure Lean, designed by people who have been there, believe in it and live it.

Our business has defiently improved since using TA, we have better structered meetings and when having an iso audit it makes life so much easier to find and show evidence.

Pros

TeamAssurance is easy to use and a great visual system. Early days we didnt use to its full potenital but now we could live without it. We have our daily toolbox meetings using it and it a great way for the compnay to comunicate effectively.

Cons

Not being able to delete certain thing slike teams, or not being able to pause checklist for holidays.

Linkage of comments with MS outlook and provides real time communucation history

Cons

Developing checklist may not allow specific description for dropdown list like instead of “Area”, we are only using “equipment” for Process Confirmation checklist.

Amazing, so much help and support to implement and to also make changes and have a look at building other concepts within the platform for our particular business requirements.

Pros

Very user friendly you can't break it like excel, anyone can use this and there is lots of support from Team Assurance when implementing this at your workplace. Plenty of training guides, and 24/7 technical support that reach out to you quickly to help work through any problem you are having. Being able to have everything in the one place, is the best part no searching Share Points for the right template or checklist, or going back through emails to find the right communication or attachments!A great improvement in communication across departments via way of using the platform at our Daily Meetings, and being able to quickly share to anyone or team at our Sites instead of going back to the desk and sending yet another email that some may or may not read.This enhances through visual management the many reports that you we have been using also such as Power BI, Excel by embedding those reports into a dashboard for ease of finding and sharing. There are many more great things that Team Assurance offers, there aren't too many other programs that offer a one stop shop for running teams/shifts across a business that sets a clear standard for daily/weekly management of our teams, from Team Leaders to the shop floor and back up to the top to our most senior Leaders.

Cons

There really was only minor things, when setting up templates not being able to merge etc. or centralise your wording, it just takes a little time to get used to building the templates, and really it just becomes a personal preference.

Reasons for choosing TeamAssurance

Looked at having to build our own platform but expense and upkeep would have been way too much in the end. We also didn't have the expertise for someone to build something like this, and then also have the technical expertise to fix when something wasn't' working correctly.
