Pros

great attribution platform. i love the 1st time MER and CAC analytics.

Cons

something has changed at northbeam recently. they used to have amazing support, but as of recent, they have stripped all support from the platform for clients who pay up to 1k/month. this includes onboarding. since this change I have struggled to get my clients on to northbeam as integration can require support, which they refuse to offer any. i used to be a massive northbeam supporter, now I am looking for an alternative for all my clients.

Unfortunately, so many brands have transitioned to Northbeam recently that, in order to maintain the quality of our hands-on approach, we've been forced to focus our support efforts on our largest clients. We've launched tons of self-service training, onboarding guides, and other support tools for brands that we can't provide white-glove service for. We're making it simpler than ever to onboard, and most brands don't have any issues. We hope you choose to stay with us! Every day we launch improvements to tackle the self-service onboarding process, which is challenging and unique for every brand. Thanks for being a supporter!

Pros

We have tried all 5 of the biggest attribution platforms out there and Northbeam's data is by far the most accurate and consistent. It also updates much more regularly (every hour) then some of the other platforms and works with a variety of marketing channels... not just the big ones.

Cons

Some of the visual design is still being refined but they have made big strides in this area in the last year and after talking to their team it is clear that this is an area they are continuing to invest in.
