Bis jetzt habe ich ganz gute Erfahrungen sammeln können mit Trade Link - ich habe nur keinen Link gefunden welches ich meiner Kollegin schciken kann damit sie sich auch registrieren kann

Pros

Die Buchung bei Trade Link ist sehr leicht zu bedienen und sehr übersichtlich es gibt nicht viel zu kritisieren.

Cons

Ich würde mir wünschen dass es eine Liste, mit allen Abholaufträgen gibt ohne viel rumklicken zu müssen

Einfacher Umgang mit dem Programm Übersichtlich Regelmäßiger und transparenter Austausch mit dem Team von Tradelink Kompetentes und freundliches Team

Cons

Der Wechsel des Ansprechpartners. Hier geht es aber eher darum, dass man sich jedes Mal wieder neu aufeinander einstellen muss.

Danke TradeLink lassen sich Ein und Ausgänge einfacher planen, ebenso wie der Personalbedarf.

Pros

TradeLink ist enorm übersichtlich und leicht zu handhaben.

Cons

Die schlechteste Eigenschaft von TradeLink ist, dass es leider keine Pflicht ist.

Darkmode fehlt Teilweise Probleme beim Eintippen von Terminen / Lieferant löscht sich selbst raus

Alles in Allem eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir sind bis auf das Thema Stammdaten in allen Belangen rundum sehr zufrieden!

Pros

Wir haben durch TradeLink eine deutlich bessere Strukturierung unserer WE/WA-Prozesse geschaffen. Wir konnten eine deutlich gleichmäßigere Verteilung der ankommenden LKW und somit eine bessere Planbarkeit/Auslastung unserer Mitarbeiter erreichen. Wünsche und Probleme wurden sofort vom Ansprechpartner entgegengenommen und bearbeitet. Wir können das Programm an den Toren über unsere iPads nutzen und somit schnell und einfach Bilder von Beschädigungen oder unserer Ladungssicherung in Sekunden für alle Beteiligten langfristig ablegen. Dadurch haben wir keine Diskussionen mehr mit Speditionen sondern können klare Beweise nachhalten.

Cons

Was und nicht so gut gefällt sind die Stammdaten. Wir haben diverse Reports vom Programm vorgegeben, kommen jedoch nur durch eine Zuzahlung an die Rohdaten. Wir würden gerne selbst Reports erstellen und Ausreißer (bspw. wenn jemand vergisst einen Statuspunkt zu setzen und das am nächsten Tag nachholt) herausfiltern können. Somit könnten wir eine bessere Datenqualität erreichen. Diese Funktion fehlt leider noch bei den gegebenen Reports.... Heißt wenn nicht alles perfekt gebucht wird, kann man die Auswertungen größten Teils vergessen.

Sobald verstanden, nutzen die Kunden das System sehr gut, sodass es für alle Seiten praktisch ist

Pros

Übersichtlichkeit, einfache Anwendung, Exportiermöglichkeit in Excel

Cons

Hintergrundverknüpfungen: ich bekomme Mails von einem anderen Standort (ich glaube aber nicht alle) und der Zugang für einen Kunden war schwierig richtig einzustellen Ideal wäre noch eine Push-up E-Mail bei Wareneingängen, wenn der Status auf abgeschlossen gesetzt wird.
