They always get back to me promptly on the questions that I’ve had, and will be glad to keep using the tool on an ongoing basis Pros I love that I can send PDFs to clients to sign without having to chase them with paper and pen. And great that all my documents are easy to access Cons I wish there was the ability to add some checkboxes on the PDF so my clients can agree to some terms on the PDF, but that’s a nitpick.
