"A good tool with a lot of functionalities"
Overall: I use it mostly as a billing tool and to create quotes. Poool made it very easy and fast to get those things done.
Pros: The integration of Poool took some time but was easy. You need to set up a lot of templates and adjust the settings in advance but once finished, they made my life so much easier and a lot of our processes faster.
Cons: I still miss some features for certain tasks, especially reoccurring invoices, which I use quite regulary, like batch editing of reoccurring invoices or creating reoccurring invoices out of an existing invoice. But as the tool is continuously developed, I am pretty sure those will be added.
