What is poool? Poool is a cloud-based ERP software. The system settings of Poool allow customizations - which are taken over by the in-house support team during onboarding. Thanks to the integrated accounting, resource planning, internal CRM, time recording, employee and customer management, an average of four isolated solutions per company can be saved. A Tyrolean support team is also available at any time and free of charge.

I use it mostly as a billing tool and to create quotes. Poool made it very easy and fast to get those things done.

Pros

The integration of Poool took some time but was easy. You need to set up a lot of templates and adjust the settings in advance but once finished, they made my life so much easier and a lot of our processes faster.

Cons

I still miss some features for certain tasks, especially reoccurring invoices, which I use quite regulary, like batch editing of reoccurring invoices or creating reoccurring invoices out of an existing invoice. But as the tool is continuously developed, I am pretty sure those will be added.
