April 4, 2025 5.0 As an executive pastor of a multi-site church, I got tired of juggling different software and hardware. It was a headache! RisenMedia just works, it's cloud-based, and doesn't break the bank with tons of add-ons. The pricing is simple: it depends on users and storage. The team has been great, and love the user experience. Pros It's all in the cloud! I create presentations online, show them online, and make changes on the fly from anywhere. Works on any device with the internet. Phone, laptop, tablet, you name it. You can show different things on different screens at the same time. Imagine this: two different slides on stage, a confidence monitor, and announcements playing in the hallway, mother's room, etc. All controlled from one place! There is an AI to make presentations for pastors. Just upload your sermon notes, and the AI creates a slideshow you can edit. And the software is not just presentations, but has; check-in, member management (including giving), event planning, calendars, and communication tools for email and social media. It's like the one-stop shop for churches to be more efficient and creative. Cons The only difficulty was changing from our last software, and it took some time to learn a new software. But that would be with any, but now, I will never change! March 2, 2025 5.0 It's been great! Our church LOVES it! We have multiple people and they can log in from home to make any updates or changes! So easy! Pros Arbi is always adding new videos to the library! Cons The password I made up myself. LOL I need to change that! Switched from [ProPresenter](https://www.capterra.com/p/170172/ProPresenter/) They stopped supporting our version and we had NO OPTION for worship that Sunday. If you have slides at church, you need to try this software! I am most impressed with their library of songs, slides, backgrounds, videos … my work is almost done before I even start. Typically I had to spend time on sites like usplash or pexels looking for pictures to add to our “old” presentation software and it took a lot of time! Now, everything I need is already included within the Risen Media library! The screens take a minute to set up, but it’s really easy to figure it out. And the running of the worship slides is so easy … we could literally take anyone out of the congregation and sit them down and they could do this. Now, I won’t do that … but that’s how easy it is to master the Space Bar Ministry. You have to ask \[sensitive content hidden\]about that. LOL. What I love most about Risen Media is that when I was in a horrible situation due to the LACK of customer service from my previous presentation software, \[sensitive content hidden\] stepped up and took time out their Friday night and Saturday to walk me through things when I was in a crisis situation. They TRULY care. I will deal with them from now on! Pros Customer Service. They really have it! I not got a real person, I got one of the founders on the phone when I was in dire straits! He walked me through what I needed and ensured our Sunday service went off without a hitch! Cons Nothing. No cons at all. There is nothing that I have found that is even remotely a con. They gave the option to set up a walk through (didn’t call it a demo) and I really liked that. I called to schedule one and we did it that same day. You don’t find that kind of customer service today, and I was pretty much sold BEFORE the walk through. The ‘demo’ just sealed the deal. I loved it. If you know how to work in PowerPoint, you’ll know how to work in Risen Media. Switched from [ProPresenter](https://www.capterra.com/p/170172/ProPresenter/) They wouldn’t sell me the version I needed to work with our new iOS upgrade. Told me the only option I had was to downgrade my iOS again or buy a new computer. Neither was an option in my book. So I searched for and found a new vendor - Risen Media! Review Source DH David H. " February 8, 2023 5.0 The Risen developers and support team were very hands-on and supportive during the learning and transition process. They were accessible and responsive as needed. Pros One stop program that integrated everything the Media Shout, Pro Presenter, and PowerPoint does. Cloud access means you can work on it from anywhere that has an internet connection. Multiple people can work on presentation. Cons It is based on a strong internet connection. If that fails or is weak, it could cause a problem during a live worship service. Pros I love how intuitive a system Risen is. From graphics, to text it really is able to meet any challenge needed for the modern day church service. Cons I think aspects of Risen might fall into a trap of being overly complex, such as the multiple subfolders needed to find certain assets. Review Source RM Rebekah M. Worship requires a lot of specific things that most softwares don't address. Pros The look of the slides for songs are visually interesting, and clear and easy to read. We are also able to project song chords for the band to go off of so they aren't looking down at sheet music when performing. Cons Implementing last-minute changes is not always easy and fast. We typically don't have to make last-minute changes (and I am not the one who knows how to do that), but in the small chance we do have to edit something, it takes a little longer than when we went off of PowerPoint Review Source DM Dan M. I originally didn't think that I would have any use for this product and now I can't imagine how I would live without it. Pros I absolutely love that this product is cloud based which completely sets it apart from every other presentation software. Cons I have not come across anything I don't like about this product. The developer has added every feature that I thought was missing. Reason for choosing Risen Media Again, the cloud based nature of the product and the ability to eliminate a computer workstation and instead work off of a fire stick was game changing.
