Within the personnel module in 123onsite, all employee information relating to work assignments, work performance and further information can be created and managed. A core function is the recording of working hours. Employees can record their start, break and end times for themselves or for a team and also send holiday requests, document cases of illness or enter other types of absences on the mobile app. Certain rules such as breaks and flexitime models can be created automatically.
