## What is 123erfasst?

The Scheduling module allows projects and construction sites to be planned reliably and flexibly. Employees can be deployed individually or in teams and crews as required, and requested equipment is scheduled and made available. The planning is structured like a calendar, but supports specific requirements for the deployment of resources in the construction industry: which activities are to be carried out, which equipment is required, what knowledge and licenses must the specialists have in order to operate equipment and carry out activities. Once planning is complete, each employee is shown their individual deployment plan on their smartphone.

Im allgemeinen arbeite ich gern mit 123. Man kann viele Listen erstellen, Berichte ganz nach den Bedürfnissen einer jeden Person.

Pros

Übersichtlich und gut zu handhaben. Schneller Zugriff auf sämtliche Planungen

Cons

Sollte man mal was falsches anklicken, ist gleich alles geändert. Obwohl man nur eines ändern will.

Das Programm ist, wenn man sich erstmal damit auseinander gesetzt hat, einfach zu bedienen. Bei Problemen hilft der Support schnell und unkompliziert.

Pros

Die einfache Stundenkontrolle im Monatskalender 4.0

Cons

Das nachträgliche ändern von erfassten Stunden/Tagen ist ein bisschen unkomfortabel, da alle Einträge geändert werden müssen und das neue Bauvorhaben nicht für den ganzen Tag übernommen wird. Innerhalb einer Woche kann in der Planung nur ein Bauvorhaben erfasst werden.

Bessere Projekt Planung

Pros

Sehr gut fand ich den Kundensuport der wirklich immer antwortete wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe. Zusätzlich hat die App eine sehr gute Benutzer Oberfläche.

Cons

Am Anfang ist es sehr schwer die Software zu benutzen.
