Pros The team at Propello Cloud really understood our market and the loyalty issues we wanted to address. Cons I havn't really got any cons, inevitably technical issues can crop up, usually user related but the team are very responsive and have always resolved anything quickly and in a friendly manner. The partnership has created clear mutual value, enabling us to support Propello’s reward programme clients with high-quality affiliate content while driving measurable performance and incremental revenue opportunities for all parties involved. Pros Awin have a strategic partnership with Propello Cloud allowing us to distribute affiliate offer content across their reward programme clients. Propello's technology creates a seamless way for our advertiser clients to feature relevant offers within trust loyalty environments, with Propello customers earning inbound commission from successful referrals. Our partnership continues to grow, having already seen strong results though partnerships with advertisers such as SimplyCook, Craft Gin Club and HelloFresh. Cons I haven’t experienced any limitations in working with Propello Cloud. I've always found their team, and technology, to be reliable and effective. Pros Set-up was quicker than expected and the Customer Success team was very supportive and knowledgeable. Pros What I love most about PropelloCloud is how detailed and tailored they can be with brands on their desired reward propositions, it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. The flexibility to design something that genuinely reflects brands audiences, whether that’s specific partner categories, exclusive perks, or fully customised journeys, makes a huge difference in driving real engagement rather than just offering generic rewards. On top of that, the team are genuinely lovely to work with! Collaborative, proactive and always focused on finding solutions that deliver both commercial value and a great customer experience. Cons If I had to pick something, it would be that they could shout about what they do a lot more. We speak to brands across multiple verticals with varied objectives, and while many are familiar with competitors in the space, PropelloCloud isn’t always front of mind, which feels like a missed opportunity given the strength of the proposition. It would also be great to see deeper integration into the network, making it even easier for brands to discover, access and activate what Propello can offer as part of their wider partnership strategy. My con issue was nullified by their responsiveness and eagerness to help so not a big issue in reality. Pros There were a few components I appreciated about the Propello platform but standout positive was that the staff are always very responsive and helpful. Cons The CMS could be a little more user friendly. My main gripe was not being able to upload an offer from a partner that hadn't already been logged by them. Well-done to all Propelo team members who were involved. Pros Great technology, account and technology team enabled us re launch our Rewards program. We now have a platform which offers a consistent value proposition for our customers and prospects, without compromising our profit margins or detracting from our core sales strategies. Cons Reporting is limited and not flexible. We still need to use other systems to report our weekly metrics. I am keen to see this improved.
