The InChorus team are phenomenal people who have built a fantastic product solving a really important issue. I am a huge supporter and its really making a difference

Pros

Really important solution for enhancing a company's speak up culture and creating a truly inclusive workplace. The tooling, user experience and reporting was particularly helpful alongside the anonymity.

Cons

No real cons. I think the only consideration is lots of different companies do speak up in various formats and ways so continuing to tailor and adapt to different formats/ styles/ optionality - which they do anyway!

Overall, our experience with InChorus was extremely positive. It brought insight and practical value, enabling us to better understand employee experiences and act on them. The combination of flexibility, actionable insights, and its ability to encourage earlier voice made it a powerful addition to our approach to culture and inclusion.

Pros

InChorus has been an incredibly valuable speak‑up platform for us. What stood out most was its flexibility, we were able to test, learn, and adapt quickly. If something didn’t work, we could move on and try a different approach, which made the experience feel genuinely collaborative. The insights generated were particularly powerful. They enabled us to go beyond high-level themes and identify patterns of behaviour at a local level, allowing us to take targeted, meaningful action. We were able to use these insights to drive real change in specific locations, which was a significant benefit. Overall, InChorus effectively bridges the gap between employees saying nothing and formal reporting channels, creating a space for earlier, more open feedback.

Cons

InChorus is an investment, so building a strong business case can take time and effort. That said, this process itself was valuable, as it helped clearly articulate the impact and importance of a speak‑up culture within the organisation. A key challenge but also learning for us was around ownership. For the platform to be most effective, it cannot sit with one individual alone, there needs to be shared responsibility across ED&I, HR, and data teams to sustain momentum and fully realise its value. This is something we could have been stronger on from the start.
