Questo programma ci ha permesso di ridurre i tempi necessari per chiudere le presenze mensili consentendoci nello stesso tempo di monitorare dettagliatamente l'utilizzo delle causali di assenza/presenza, tramite il supporto di una reportistica molto personalizzabile. l'utilizzo del processo autorizzativo ci ha permesso di eliminare la documentazione cartacea, garantendo comunque la completa tracciabilità della documentazione.

Pros

Software piuttosto facile da utilizzare con buone possibilità di personalizzazione, è dotato di un'interfaccia web che ne consente l'utilizzo da qualsiasi luogo. Si possono automatizzare molti eventi riducendo l'intervento manuale dell'operatore e le possibilità di errore. Molto pratico il processo autorizzativo che consente di eliminare tutte le richieste cartacee. Ottimo il supporto della reportistica per monitorare dettagliatamente la gestione del personale e che ha un buon livello di personalizzazione in autonomia.Non ultima la disponibilità di avere un'assistenza telefonica ed in remoto per qualsiasi problema.

Non è stato possibile sviluppare alcune personalizzazioni perchè non estendibili al resto della clientela

L'esperienza con EvoHrp ha cambiato drasticamente e positivamente tante funzioni nella gestione delle risorse umane.

Pros

EvoHrp ha impattato più che positivamente la gestione delle presenze ed assenze dei dipendenti.Anche tutti gli utenti dell'azienda si sono abituati ad una fruizione corretta del prodotto, con ottime ripercussioni sul lavoro del dipartimento HR.

Cons

Essendo un prodotto che si adatta alle esigenze della singola azienda, richiede un discreto investimento di tempo e d interazione di risorse nella fase iniziale.

Buona presentazione iniziale da parte del consulente del lavoro / Ottimo affiancamento in fase di installazione e successivamente nelle varie implementazioni suggerite dall'uso quotidiano.

Molto soddisfatta nell'utilizzo del programma e delle personalizzazioni che la Dynaset ha predisposto (report, analisi ecc)

Pros

L'implementazione è stata molto veloce. La possibilità di avere report in formato excel semplifica le statistiche e i referenti dell'azienda Dynaset per le eventuali problematiche di utilizzo sono sempre molto disponibili e veloci nella risposta. Facile utilizzo.

Cons

La parte di evohrp.lite può essere migliorata nell'interfaccia come la struttura per l'amministratore a livello visivo, ma è un di più.

Un buon prodotto per la rilevazione presenze. Non difficile da usare da parte di utenti e amministratori. Elastico e si adatta bene alle varie esigenze. Team di supporto sempre disponibile.

Pros

Si adatta bene anche a realtà operative come la nostra basata principalmente su trasferte e spostamenti. I flussi si adattano ai programmi di elaborazione busta paga. App e portale facili da usare dopo un periodo di rodaggio.

Cons

L'installazione dell'app per gli utenti a volte risulta complessa, dato che non è possibile scaricare direttamente da store ma serve l'apposito link e, successivamente, si può installare sul telefono. Si sono riscontrati rari problemi con IOS. Molto bene con Android.

La mia esperienza complessiva è assolutamente positiva

Pros

Le funzionalità più importanti sono tenuta presenze, anagrafica dipendenti di facile accesso, report e statistiche presenze in periodi di lavoro diversi, il tutto di facile lettura in quanto la base sono moduli excel con i quali lavorare diventa facilissimo.

Cons

Non ho riscontrato inconvenienti bloccanti e il supporto è sempre stato preciso ed immediato
