Es lässt sich gut damit arbeiten. Bewertung und Bericht sind in Sekundenschnelle erstellt. Zwischenspeichern sollte optimiert werden, ebenfalls sollte die Seite bei der Auditdurchführung kleiner (enger) gehalten werden, dass man nicht so viel scrollen muss.

Pros

Import von Fragelisten, Bewertung des Audits anhand Algorithmus und Prozentangabe, Erstellen und bearbeiten von Maßnahmen, Gestaltung individueller Auditberichte

Cons

nur teilweise oder keine gemeinsame Stammdaten mit anderen roXtra-Modulen, eingeschränkte Rechtevergabe (wenig differenziert), keine Gruppierung von Fragen in der Frageliste (Excel-ja, Audit-nein) kein Zwischenspeichern beim Sprung zur nächsten Frage (Speichern nur über Button "ok")

Pros

Möglichkeit zur Einbindung des fix fertigen Fragenkataloges zur ISO9001. Möglichkeit der direkten Verknüpfung in andere Module, v.a. zu den Maßnahmen. Nutzen das Modul auch zu Abwicklung der Prozess-Jour Fixes.

Cons

Oberfläche bietet wenig Möglichkeit zur Anpassung auf individuelle Bedürfnisse, d.h. geht nür über roXtra. Bei den Audit-Fragen fehlt ein "Zähler", bei dem man sehen kann, wie viele Fragen es in Summe gitb und wie viele davon bereits bearbeitet wurden. (Wurde oftmals bei den Audits beanstandet).
