Avec plusieurs boutiques e-commerce, plusieurs transporteurs et des livraisons dans différents pays, nous avions besoin d’une solution capable de centraliser le suivi logistique. Boxia nous permet aujourd’hui de mieux piloter nos expéditions, d’identifier rapidement les anomalies transport et de faciliter le travail de nos équipes SAV. La connexion avec Zendesk est très pratique pour notre service client

Pros

\- Centralisation du suivi de plusieurs transporteurs - Meilleure visibilité sur les expéditions internationales - Gain de temps pour les équipes SAV - Interface claire et simple à utiliser - Intégration rapide avec PrestaShop - Equipe Boxia réactive et disponible

Cons

RAS pour le moment. L’idéal serait en revanche de pouvoir créer un template d’email spécifique desktop et un autre spécifique mobile pour les notifications. Actuellement, il ne permet que de prévisualiser la notification email sur mobile.

Nous utilisons Boxia pour mieux suivre nos expéditions et piloter la qualité de nos livraisons avec plusieurs transporteurs. Avant la mise en place de la solution, les informations étaient dispersées entre différents outils et il était parfois difficile pour nos équipes d’avoir une vision claire de l’état des livraisons. Boxia nous permet aujourd’hui d’identifier rapidement les retards ou incidents et d’être plus proactifs avec nos clients. La mise en place de la solution a été simple et très rapide, et l’équipe Boxia est réactive et à l’écoute pour nous accompagner dans l’utilisation et l’évolution de la plateforme.

•Réduction des appels liés aux livraisons vers le service client •Mise en place simple et très rapide de la solution •Nombreux transporteurs déjà intégrés •Interface claire et facile à utiliser •Équipe Boxia réactive et à l’écoute

Cons

Pour le moment, il n’y a rien de particulier à signaler. Tout se déroule correctement normalement, pas de bug et l'équipe est toujours réactive.

Très bien je recommande la solution à tous les e commerçants qui veulent soigner leurs clients niveau information de livraison

Rapide à installer, leurs équipes s'occupent de tout, le tarif est également intéressant. Facile à mettre à jour

Cons

Pas de possibilité simple pour afficher le contenu des commandes des clients dans les mails, c'est dommage car c'est souvent ce que cherchent les clients pour se resituer leur commande

Plateforme très pratique pour rassurer nos clients sur le suivi de leurs colis. On reçoit beaucoup moins d'appels au service client et l'équipe Boxia est très réactive. Je recommande !

Au début de l'utilisation du service, Boxia n'était pas connecté à certain des services que nous utilisions comme Zendesk. En peu de temps, les deux équipes se sont coordonnées pour faciliter l'intégration.

We are now more in control and in anticipation of problems, which has improved our customer satisfaction! Our post-purchase communication strategy has enabled us to stand by our customers during delivery and exploit these new touch points. Our customers are very attentive and data analysis helps us identify when to re-engage them and with what content.

Since the implementation of Boxia, customers no longer contact us about the tracking of their delivery: our Support team is delighted.

Super outil ! On centralise le suivi de nos colis et on est désormais proactif dans la gestion des incidents de livraison. On prévient nos clients par email et sms des retards. Le support de Boxia est réactif et la mise en place se fait en quelques minutes depuis notre site Shopify
