I’ve had an excellent experience with RAES so far. I’m using them as my CRM as well as with business consulting. The wealth of knowledge I’ve gained has been seriously helpful. I’ve really appreciated their honest approach to helping however they can.

Pros

Personal. RAES strives to connect on a personal level, even though they are a digital platform. A very neat marriage.

Cons

The system is deep so it does have a learning curve to understand it in its entirety.

Building quotes/estimates in the matter of minutes. I really like the material ordering segment of this it’s so simple

Cons

It’s not integrated with hover yet but they are on their way of getting this done

RAES has helped me keep quotes, jobs and invoices organized and at my fingertips. It has helped me tremendously in the busy season to make sure no jobs "fall thru the cracks".

Pros

I love how user friendly RAES is. It is easy to understand and easy to teach our contractors and staff.

Cons

I would like to see an app for the installers to make access easier in the field.
