Sério... quando decidi criar minha plataforma, confesso que fiquei com aquele medinho clássico: “Será que vai dar bom? Será que vão me ajudar mesmo ou vão me largar na mão depois da venda?”. Mas que nada! Essa galera foi surreal do começo ao fim! Me orientaram em cada etapa, com paciência, estratégia e MUITO conhecimento. A plataforma é uma INCRÍVEL! Bonita, funcional, intuitiva… fiquei orgulhoso de ver minha ideia ganhar forma. O suporte? Rápido e humano (nada de robozinho chato). E o melhor: foi tudo leve e sem dor de cabeça. Eles transformaram o que poderia ser um caos em algo até divertido de fazer. Resultado? Plataforma no ar, linda, vendendo, e eu felizão!

Pros

Suporte humano:Sempre tive alguém pra me ajudar, responder rápido, resolver pepino. Zero frustração. Facilidade de execução: Me explicaram o caminho, organizaram tudo e deixaram simples de tocar. Design da plataforma: Ficou linda, moderna, responsiva e com uma cara PROFISSIONAL. Dá orgulho de mostrar! Comprometimento: Não me deixaram no vácuo. Me senti acompanhado do início ao fim. Didática: Não jogaram termos técnicos, me explicaram na moral, tipo “mano a mano”. ResultadoA plataforma tá rodando, tá vendendo, tá linda. O que mais eu queria?

Cons

O UX ainda pode evoluir. Tem áreas onde falta um pouco mais de controle e clareza na navegação. Pra quem não é muito tech, pode confundir em alguns pontos, acontece alguns erros pontuais sim. Já vi uns bugs ou coisinhas que precisam ser corrigidas. Mas eles sempre se mostraram prontos pra ajustar rápido mas não adianta esperar milagre, se você não colaborar com conteúdo, feedback e decisões, o processo trava. Aqui é jogo em dupla.
