While this is a one-time task, it does mean the setup isn't entirely self-service. The expiry window on links for integrated agreements can be inconvenient if a new hire needs to send it to someone else (e.g., for a second legal opinion) and the link has timed out. A longer expiry or customisable duration would be beneficial. Knowledge is key and giving our new employees knowledge helps settle them and engage in their roles a lot quicker. Pros I love the fact that new employees start feeling a part of the company, they have knowledge on what will happen on their first day, where to park all sorts of those first day nerves are addressed. Since we implemented The Induction App we have enabled a consistent onboarding experience for all our people, where they can access all the information they need to know easily and quickly when they need it. My overall experience working with The Induction App and \[sensitive content hidden\] has been incredible. I love her passion for this amazing product she and her team have developed. They are open to feedback and fast to reply if an odd bug arises or if I have any queries. Pros Everything! 😊 From the first meeting with the amazing \[sensitive content hidden\] where she took us through The Induction App capabilities to the structured content templates and setting up the app. It's such an incredible tool that enables us to ensure all our people have a great onboarding experience and are able to easily find the information they need for success. We constantly get great feedback on the app from our new starters. Both the UI and UX are amazing for our new starters and admins! The support is always top-notch, speedy, and friendly. Cons There's not much, to be honest, the only thing that was a little challenging was the organisational structure and allocating a leader setup and what was required from us. This was because of the complexity of our organisational structure and the limitations on data we could provide to allow an accurate grouping setup. The great news is that since we launched The Induction App at 2degrees in November 2021, The Induction App has released an upgrade that mitigates any issues we previously had. You can preview sections as you go. Monitoring employee engagement is great and having those check ins available. Cons There were a few bugs to start with which made the first staff doing the onboarding process frustrated. We had quizes that they couldn't complete to then move to the next section Reasons for choosing The Induction App Because it had all the features we required and could be customised to suit us.
