### "Tilt is solid. "

Pros

Easy to use. Once users are set up, walks them through the full leave process. Has dedicated steps for Pre-Leave, On-Leave and Returned. Tracks Leaves well and has improved their pay calculations.

Cons

Manual data file feed. Unable to integrate with current HRIS. Customer service has steadily improved but can be a bit better on employee experience.

Pros

Onboarding for employees in the system is good, the step by step instructions make the process easy for employees going out on leave.

Cons

There is a big gap in the pay reporting process and time tracking for intermittent leaves in difficult.

### "Ease of use!"

The platform itself is very user friendly and the support from the team have been amazing as well.

Pros

I'm a first time user and have been using it for about 7 months and the user interface/platform is very easy to use. Getting familiar with the platform did not take long at all.

Cons

I think it would be helpful if there was a function to print the pay calculations. Currently we are taking a screenshot of the pay calculation to save to our employee folders.
