I believe this software can get up to its full potential sooner than later, especially having a great IT team who is on top of any issues we come across. Pros I like the simplicity and the layout or the software. Most other software is very dated. The program is very easy to navigate through. Cons I wish there was more reports available besides billing. If I could pull reports of patients with insurances that are expired that'd be awesome. They are a company that cares and it's evident. They are open and transparent about their work and are always focused on improving processes and efficiencies. They listen and respond to feedback well. Pros The billing is efficient and accurate. The EHR is constantly evolving to better suit our needs. The leadership team is responsive to our questions and feedback. They work hard to make our jobs easier and streamline our workflow. Cons I have limited cons to report. We have had issues but the Denmaar team has worked to improve any situation that has caused us problems or been an issue. They filed over 3,000 claims incorrectly and cost our business over $30,000. I lost complete trust in the company and their management, particularly due to their lack of accountability. The IT support team is very knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. Cons One thing that I think can use some improvement is relating to the ticket system. When a ticket is put in and there is a wait time from the platform to respond to the ticket, I think it would be helpful to have a notification of when the ticket has been answered that is easily noticed instead of manually having to go back and check from time to time. The system is not set up well for therapeutic needs due to this. It is also not adequate for documentation for children receiving therapy services.
