August 30, 2025 5.0 It’s taken a lot of the pain out of HR payroll, contract management and onboarding - and saved us money! While it took a little time to tailor it to the way our business works, once set up it’s been smooth, reliable, and a big time saver. Pros What I really like about Xemplo is how simple it makes everything. It takes away the hassle of HR admin, onboarding and payroll and gives me confidence that everything’s being handled properly. It saves us time, keeps things on track, and just makes life easier. Plus it integrates with Fieldglass and Beeline which is amazing! Cons It can take a bit of time to get it fully configured to work the way our business operates. That said, I get that you can’t please everyone, and once it’s set up, it does the job really well. The site is responsive, modern and integrates well with other softwares we use (Xero, Job Adder). The Xemplo team are amazing and are always eager to resolve any questions or issues promptly as they arise. Cons To be expected with software that is still being improved, some changes have caused us to have to change internal processes (e.g. rate templates) - this has mostly been a net benefit but has taken time. I found all the other platforms were very expensive and didnt look or feel as good as Xemplo. All the way through we felt we were in good hands, the team has nothing but great things to say about the whole process. Pros I like the overall fell and look of the platform, The structure of the employee database is easy to see and use for Admins. Cons The only downfall for us was that we cant sync Xemplo with our other employee/ rostering platform "Care master" to sync data of all employees over, so we have to do this manually. Cons As with all software, there is a bit of a learning curve, but when that is done it's easy enough to use.
