"A no brainer if you have an open mind about forecasting"
Overall: So far excellent. Great support and rapid product development. Fantastic insights that really give me time back in the day and provide a solid set of outcomes to triangulate our forecasts and pressure test future plans.
Pros: Funnelcast brings a much needed fresh perspective to sales forecasting. In reality, it's more like a re-education in how sales processes are actually measured. If sales professionals are good "intuitive deal statisticians" Funnelcast actually brings that to life across your pipeline and provides realistic forecasts for both current, and crucially, future quarters and years. Other tools in this space all focus on current quarter or at best Q+1, but Funnelcast allows us to scenario plan multiple quarters out.On top of that, it is very flexible and the Funnelcast team is incredibly responsive and is constantly in listening mode making the product better and better. Value for money-wise, one of the easiest buys I've made in a long time.
Cons: The Funnelcast can take a little while to learn because it's a bit different, but the approach is intuitive. Since the majority of the magic is behind the scenes rather that in the front-end, it might come off as unapproachable at first because it's not "pretty" but it's actually quite straightforward once you have the hang of it.

Overall: Exceptional - forecasting applications often sell dreams, Funnelcast delivers and has the ultimate customer service attitude. Our CFO is not easily convinced of projections/forecasts; he trusts Funnelcast. That's all you need to know.
Pros: Reliability! We matured from an Excel forecast cadence to Funnelcast becoming our system of truth for forecasting. It has been +/- 3% for the last 7 quarters.
Cons: That when I talk to [sensitive content hidden], he won't sell me his guitar that I see on our calls.

Pros: The data is +/- 5% each quarter. If we have a potential booking issue, we know about it early in the quarter.

Pros: The user interface is easy to navigate and understand. Having a statistical approach to forecasting to overlay your reps assessment of what is forecastable vs what is not is invaluable. Funnelcast ability to accurately project your quarterly or annual revenue is impressive.
Cons: It would be nice to have a cleaner summary on pipeline trends and rep productivity.

Pros: The application is easy to get stood up, and it is very robust. The forecasting accuracy is great and improves over time as it begins to understand more and more of your sales data. It actually starts to understand how your sales team forecasts and creates those calculations based on deal size, lead flow, and close %.
Cons: There is some complexity to using their filtering tool, which uses filtering expressions. It takes a while to grasp, but it becomes very powerful once you do. The UI can use some refreshing/updating.
