They listen to the client patiently and understand the needs. Come up with the best solutions and are even flexible. The service they provide is of atmost quality at an affordable price. Easily reachable team who gets into the depth and comes up with smart solutions. The team work at InterviewDesk talks by itself about the leadership, its vision. Infact they go that extra mile that will benefit their client which is really awesome.

Pros

Overall InterviewDesk Platform As A Service is very user friendly and makes hiring simple, elegant and detailed. The way it is curated is literally out of box thinking. The assessments are carefully done and one can be assured to get the best quality output and rest assured. The detailed report about the interview makes the hiring manager's life extremely simple. Pros

I really appreciate InterviewDesk for offering both Tech and Non-Tech interview services, which sets them apart. What I like most is how easy it is to communicate with their team the entire process is smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. Their professionalism and flexibility make them a great choice for interview services.

Cons

Nothing as of now, as we only needed assistance with one interview, and that experience was great.

quality service and it helped in scaling up on Niche technologies. Panels are pretty technical and they recommend calibration calls to ensure JD is well understood.

Pros

Quality of technical feedback was good. the centralized portal has video and verbiage feedback which helps in decision making

Cons

NO Shows is inevitable in the current market trend, and charges are high for No Shows for the interview

One of the best decision for Sourcing is collaborating with Interview desk. It made our job of sourcing the right candidate, a cake walk. Tony and team worked closely and helped in sourcing the right candidate as per our requirement. We closed our requirements quickly .

I have been using Interview Desk for a few months and it has largely eased the hiring process.The quality and professionality of the interviewers is something Hyperface respects very much.

Pros

Interview Desk is a simple platform which is quite easy to understand and use. The development team is active to implement features making it more and more user friendly.

Cons

It has a load time issue which takes a few seconds while moving between pages. This is not necessarily a deal breaker though.
