Overall, avanta has enabled us to launch a fully integrated B2B webshop that fits our processes and our ERP landscape very well. Manual order handling has been reduced significantly and our customers now benefit from 24/7 self-service, clear product information and a convenient ordering experience. The project was implemented smoothly, on time and with strong collaboration throughout. We would choose avanta again.

Pros

The ERP-first approach is what we value most about avanta. Our SAP S/4HANA system remains the single source of truth, while avanta handles exactly those processes that SAP alone could not map efficiently, especially shipping cost calculation, customer-specific pricing and the clear presentation of our product range. The close, hands-on support from the avanta team made the implementation feel well guided from start to finish.

Cons

The initial setup of product data and attribute maintenance was time-consuming, mainly because our master data structure was complex and we did not have a central PIM system in place. That was more of an internal challenge than a limitation of avanta, but a built-in PIM module would make onboarding even smoother.
