Durchweg positiv. Sweap erleichtert den gesamten Einladungs- und Gästeprozess erheblich und sorgt für einen reibungslosen Ablauf von Anfang bis Ende. Besonders angenehm ist die Sicherheit, dass Zusagen und Bestätigungen automatisch verarbeitet werden und nichts händisch nachgepflegt werden muss. Die anfängliche Einrichtung war dank einer Einführung durch das Sweap-Team unkompliziert, danach konnten wir alles eigenständig steuern. Insgesamt ist Sweap ein sehr durchdachtes, stabiles und praxisnahes Tool, das ich ohne Zögern weiterempfehlen würde.

Pros

Sweap überzeugt vor allem durch einen extrem strukturierten und übersichtlichen Einladungsprozess – und das Ganze auch noch datenschutzkonform (was ja bekanntlich kein Bonus, sondern Pflicht ist, aber trotzdem erwähnenswert). Von der Einladung über Zu- und Absagen bis hin zum Check-In und dem Druck der Namensschilder läuft alles automatisiert ab. Heißt konkret: keine manuelle Nacharbeit, keine vergessenen Bestätigungen und deutlich weniger Chaos kurz vor der Veranstaltung. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist sehr intuitiv gestaltet, sodass sich auch neue Kolleg:innen ohne große Einarbeitung schnell zurechtfinden. Ein echtes Highlight ist außerdem der Kundensupport: schnell erreichbar, kompetent und sowohl bei einfachen als auch bei komplexeren Fragen zuverlässig zur Stelle.

Cons

Wenn man wirklich nach einem Kritikpunkt suchen müsste, dann höchstens der Layout-Editor. Dieser könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle noch etwas intuitiver bzw. flexibler sein. Allerdings ist das Meckern auf hohem Niveau und fällt im Gesamtbild kaum ins Gewicht – zumal alle zentralen Funktionen zuverlässig und sehr gut funktionieren.

Sweap ist für uns wie ein digitaler Event-Coordinator, der nie schläft. Es denkt mit, nimmt uns Arbeit ab, gibt uns Kontrolle und macht uns ehrlicher gesagt auch smarter. Es zwingt uns, Prozesse zu strukturieren, aber ohne starr zu sein. Und das ist selten.Sobald klar ist, dass wir ein Event aufsetzen ist Sweap ab Tag 1 mit im Spiel. Wir legen direkt in Sweap ein neues Event an, vollständig CI-konform, oft in Abstimmung mit der Brand Unit oder den Corporate Guidelines des Kunden.

Pros

Einfache Bedienung, riesiger Hebel, selbst Praktis bei uns bauen heute Eventseiten, die vorher durch zwei Agentur-Schleifen mussten. Schneller, reaktionsstarker Support, ehrliche Menschen, die wirklich helfen, egal ob Mini-Workshop mit 30 Gästen oder Messe-Launch mit 800 Einladungen, es funktioniert einfach.

Cons

Wenn du sehr spezifische Layouts willst, brauchst du am Anfang Support oder musst dich ein bisschen reinfuchsen. Automatisierungen sind mächtig, aber nicht idiotensicher, wer nicht logisch denkt, schickt aus Versehen Reminder an Leute, die schon abgesagt haben. Ist uns einmal passiert. Seitdem vier-Augen-Prinzip. Die App könnte noch hübscher sein, Funktion top, aber beim Onsite-Check-in auf Events mit Design-Fetischisten wären ein paar visuelle Upgrades nice.

Sweap nutze ich bereits seit 2018 sehr intensiv und habe das Gästemanagement auf komplett neue Füße gestellt. Das einfache Handling und die effiziente Bearbeitung und Auswertung der Gästeliste ist ein absoluter Gewinn. Zudem sorgt die flexible Gestaltung von Mails und Registrierungsseiten für ein tolles Kundenerlebnis.

Pros

Die Bedienung des Tools ist von nahezu überall möglich, super intuitiv, bietet die Möglichkeit, sehr zielgerichtet mit den unterschiedlichen Teilnehmergruppen zu kommunizieren, ist nach außen eine tolle Visitenkarte und das flotte Handling vor Ort begeistert die Teilnehmer. Bei Fragen reagiert der Support sehr schnell und hilft kompetent weiter. Absolut top!

Cons

Das Erstellen von Namensschildern funktioniert aktuell leider nur auf einem Thermo-Etikettendrucker-Modell, da aber dafür superschnell und zuverlässig. Hier wäre jedoch eine genauso zuverlässige und schnelle, aber alternative Erstellung auf nachhaltigeren Trägern wünschenswert.

Super freundlich im Kundenkontakt und sehr schnelle Reaktionen auf Anfragen. Das Backend ist durchdacht und intuitiv zu bedienen (mit etwas Erfahrung in Webseiten-Pflege zumindest). Habe in kürzester Zeit eine kleine Konferenz mit allen Details einpflegen können.

Cons

Gefehlt hat mir ein natives Umfrage-Modul. Das ist in der Funktionsübersicht aufgeführt. Es lassen sich allerdings sehr leicht andere Dienste integrieren - das macht dann aber etwas mehr Arbeit, ist nicht so nahtlos und bedeutet u.U. zusätzliche Kosten. Offensichtlich wird an sweap intensiv weiterentwickelt. Ich bin gespannt und bleibe dabei.

Sweap ist sehr einfach zu bedienen: von der Erstellung der Registrierungsseiten bis hin zum Teilnehmermanagement ist alles sehr leicht verständlich. Das Team rund um die Kundenbetreuung ist unglaublich! Die Unterstützung ist immer vorhanden. Wir konnten bisher zwei sehr gute Messen damit planen.

Cons

Leider können bei der Erstellung der E-Mail Einladungen keine eigenen Fonts implementiert und genutzt werden, dadurch geht das eigene CD leider verloren.

It's very customizable, with many features. Very clear Guest overview and data related to every guest. Easy to treat one group of guests diferently than another group. Easy to create new guests and adjust every data input. Management of Companions is overall very convenient.

Cons

Sometimes I get lost in the different features as there are so many. But after creating/ managing one event you are able to get the hang of it quite fast. Data categories should be all blank when creating a new event. An issue I ran into is when I manually add the fact a Guest can invite 3 companions, and the rest of the Guests 1, would not let that person register 3 companions.

Einfache Bedienbarkeit, selbsterklärende Funktionen, guter und schneller Support, flexible Vorlagengestaltung, einfacher Datenupload bei Gästelisten.

Cons

Einige zusätzliche Funktionen wären auf lange Sicht noch gut: Gasthistorie (Auswertungen, welcher Gast zu welchen Events erscheint, etc...), Kontaktdatenbanken getrennt nach Sichtbarkeitsgruppen... aber im großen und ganzen werden unsere Wünsche immer schnell einprogrammiert und umgesetzt.

Anmeldeverwaltung von Teilnehmern ging vor Sweap noch nie so einfach

Superschnelle Generierung von Formularen, die bei Veranstaltungen zum Grundgerüst gehören; nicht alles ist selbsterklärend (Mail an Veranstalter nach Anmeldung eines Teilnehmers?)

Arbeitsersparnis, Bündelung von Daten, Kontrolle vor Ort, mehr Struktur. Alles das hilft uns im täglichen Arbeitsalltag. Und dann noch mit netten freundlichen Ansprechpartnern. Was will man mehr?

Pros

Es gibt eine ständige Entwicklung. Auch für uns als Nutzer, haben die Kollegen immer ein offenes Ohr und reagieren schnell und problemlos. Wir haben den Weg begleitet von der Gästeliste zum heutigen Produkt. CHAPEAU!

Cons

Fällt schwer etwas zu finden. Ticketing ist in Arbeit. Für uns der nächste Schritt.

Wir freuen uns, dass wir mit Sweap zusammen arbeiten zu können. Es ist sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Der Support geht auf individuelle Anliegen ein und löst auch die Probleme recht schnell! wir warten sehnsüchtig auf das Ticketingssystem.

Es ist super, Kunden einfach und schnell einladen zu können und viele Abfragen tätigen zu können.

Cons

Es gibt keine aktuelle keine Nachteile und wenn, werden diese recht schnell gelöst.

Pros

Was für uns bei der Nutzung dieses Programmes am wertvollsten war, war der Support. Nachdem ich ersteinmal selbstständig versucht hatte unsere Anforderung - verpflichtende Teilnahme von rund 260 Personen auf 14 Veranstaltungen - umzusetzen, habe ich mich an den Support gewand. Mir wurde nach eienm kurzen schriftlichen Chat direkt ein persönliches Gesprch angeboten in dem mir eine Lösung für meine - eigentlich mit diesem Tool nicht umsetzbare - Anforderung aufgezeigt und verständlich erklärt wurde.

Cons

Das neue Preismodell. Ich verstehe, dass man diese Leistung nicht kostenfrei anbieten kann und bin auch bereit für gute Leistung Geld zu bezahlen. Allerdings ist das jetzige Preismodell eher für große Unternehmen mit vielen Veranstaltungen / Teilnehmern ausgelegt.Für unsere Anforderungen ist selbst das kleinste kostenpflichtige Modell zu groß bzw. wird die einzelne zu erwartende Buchung zu teuer.Hier würde ich mir eine andere Kostenstruktur wünschen.

Pros

Die Nutzung von Sweap ist sehr intuitiv. Die Optik ist ansprechend und lässt sich einfach auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse anpassen. Bei Fragen steht der Support immer schnell mit Rat und und Tat beiseite.

Cons

Wir würden uns eine Funktion zum erstellen von Serienterminen freuen.

Wir arbeiten im Haus sehr gerne mit dem Produkt. Die Kolleg\*innen nutzen das backend gerne und die Kunden wissen den Außenauftritt zu schätzen.

Pros

Hohes Maß an Bedienbarkeit. Wir können unser Team schnell abholen und in einfachen Schritten eine Einführung geben, auch für neue Kolleg\*innen im Team. Es ist handlich und schnell anpassbar und kann ohne Programmierkenntnisse genutzt werden.

Cons

Momentan scheint es noch nicht möglich zu sein, zB lediglich einmalig eine Graphik einzupflegen für eine Veranstaltung. Diese muss daher an unterschiedlichen Orten (Registrierungsseite, Emails, mobile Varianten etc.) eingepflegt werden und immer entsprechend vorab in unterschiedlichen Graphikgrößen angelegt werden.

Pros

Unzählige Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und immer wieder entdeckt man etwas Neues. Sweap macht richtig viel Spaß und ist einfach zu bedienen. Auch der Support ist schnell und gut. Hier gilt ein besonderer Dank an Ingo.

Super wäre es, wenn der Header ein wenig variabler in seiner Position wäre.
