None of the promised features worked correctly, forcing us to perform double-entry data in Mandata and Xero. The invoice system lacked crucial details, causing confusion for our customers. Creating customer accounts in Mandata required duplicating efforts in Xero, wasting time. PODs were not properly attached to Xero, leading to customer confusion. Moreover, Mandata's lack of support and failure to refund the onboarding fee demonstrated their dishonesty. We strongly advise against using Mandata and suggest exploring other TMS options. Pros Drivers app can take a picture of the POD and submit the picture but that is it. You dont get tracking for the driver or other functions Cons everything else about this app is a cons.
