We're very pleased with the partnership. We appreciate the analyses provided and the team itself is both collaborative and proactive.

Pros

Clootrack allows access to powerful AI models and data from a large number of APIs at a very reasonable price. There is also a lot of flexibility in the offer to make the platform do the exact type of thinking that we need it to do. It let's us collect and analyze data quickly and in a way that makes drawing conclusions and insights easy.

Cons

While the flexibility in the system is extremely helpful it does require some hands-on attention to achieve desired results.

The experience has been excellent, including direct interaction with the Clootrack product team for explanations of how the tool works and detailed briefings and webinars for product updates.

Pros

We were able to ascertain deep customer insights rapidly at a very reasonable cost. Following the initial analysis, we were able to ask questions and refine the approach, sharpening the resulting insights.

Cons

This is not necessarily a complaint, but there are many different dashboards and tools available that take some time to understand. It is good to have these rich views, but the user needs to take time to learn and understand everything that is available.

It was great to work with Clootrack team. \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team are very responsive. They even helped us navigate a tricky legal case where we had to analyze over 1000+ emails to find "who said what", specific topics of interest which was very cool as we didnt have much time and our law firm was struggling to grasp the amount of data to do manual analysis.

Pros

Ability to slice and dice consumer sentiment which was not easily accessible to investors. The platform also enables investors to do an "outside in" diligence for any new opportunities or keep track of the landscape of portfolio companies.

Cons

Nothing specific to quote. May be few dashboards are not self explanatory, need sometime to understand the layout and navigate the screens/data.

Pros

Not the usual sexy dashboards and user-interface with not so deep data-dive functionalities. They've really dug into elements that matter for data analysts who like getting their hands dirty with a wide-ranging view of customer insights. Time to market was also impressive!

Cons

Not much, but they could improve their UI. There's a lot going on on every screen, which I'm perfectly fine with - but probably not for everyone.

Pros

Unsupervised theming is the best and most efficient way to collect information. They have a broad capability to link to many systems that our clients use and the theming works across all data sources. Excellent view of the customer experience that is fast and afforable

Highly skilled professionals that listen to our needs. Not only do they deliver what we ask, but go beyond by developing and creating tools based on our requests. The team is awesome to work with and has deep AI expertise. They are quick on their turnaround of custom analysis and addition of new data sources and analysis workflows.

Pros

We love the way Clootrack harnesses AI to analyze extensive unstructured data all from diverse sources and delivers actionable insights my team can use to enhance customer experience and product development. The interface is very user-friendly and the flexibility makes it suitable for us to work with businesses of all sizes.

Cons

Not a function of the tool itself but there is a risk of misinterpreting the insights without proper understanding of the qualitative data. Additionally, it would be great if the tool can allow us to incorporate quantitative data in our analysis.
