Overall: We don't have to look through a lot of reports. I love the Tripkee dashboard because we can instantly see sales, the latest booking, and what tours are going out today. They also have a time clock feature for our guides to clock in/out and our guides can see their own personal schedule easily with their own login for Tripkee. This was actually a function Tripkee developed for my company, that is now available to all Tripkee users.
Pros: I like Tripkee because it's simple to use and has everything I need without having too many confusing functions or a million unneeded reports that slow down the processing. What I LOVE about Tripkee is the marketing support - their motto is "your success is our success," and they truly care about helping your company grow. The marketing team at Tripkee gives you a marketing boost when you sign on. Samantha, our account manager, helps us with suggestions for sales growth. Very hands-on for a software company. Plus - it FREE to use!
Cons: The cons turned out to be a pro... any functionality that Tripkee did not have that we were used to, they developed for us. For larger, high volume clients, the will develop new functions if they can. The respect the sales volume of my company enough to create things that help me even more and I appreciate that. FH treated us like we didn't matter, and at $2M revenue, we were bringing them over $100k per year. So, we switched to Tripkee. Sometimes I think Tripkee is too simple, but for most people who just want to run their tour company and stay outside, that's probably a plus.
