My overall experience was fantastic. They made my transition smooth from old provider to them! I lover working with them. They are awesome!

Pros

I had a great experience working with TextLiving. They were timely, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Since I transferred my business from one provider to Textliving they made it so smooth and easy. Always open to answer questions, very quick, handled everything for me. \[sensitive content hidden\] were great to work with!! I have doing this for 8 years now and they are top notch!

Cons

Nothing everything was awesome. I did not really have any problems with them. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked perfectly.

My overall experience with the White Label Platform has been excellent. It gave me a fast and professional way to launch my own branded SMS marketing service, and the support team made onboarding simple. The features are powerful, my clients are seeing results, and the ability to fully customize the platform makes it feel like my own product. It’s been a great tool for growing my business.

Pros

What I liked most about the White Label Platform is how easy it was to launch my own branded SMS service without needing to build the tech myself. The dashboard is super intuitive, the training materials made it simple to get clients right away, and the customization options (logo, domain, pricing) made it feel like a true SaaS product that I own. Plus, the features like automated campaigns, loyalty programs, and real-time analytics give me everything I need to deliver real results for my clients.

Cons

The only thing I’d like to see improved is more direct integrations with third-party tools. The platform itself is powerful, but sometimes I need to connect it with CRMs or other marketing software, and that requires a workaround. Expanding native integrations would make it even smoother to use.

Texting and loyalty programs hold a lot of value. The platform works well and includes a ton of features to help the merchants prosper. It is remarkably affordable and the company's people are impressive. They really want to help you suceed.

Pros

The people you interact with are sincere, honest, and motivated to help you succeed. The platform is loaded with value. The more you learn it, the more you appreciate it.

Cons

There is a small learning curve which you will get through with time. It is not HIPAA compliant so I cannot use it with my healthcare customers.

This white label platform has worked as advertised. The platform is modern, intuitive, and scalable. The ux interface is very fluid and I have not encountered any issues while using the platform. I really appreciate the ability to check the status of any campaign in real-time. The text wizard also makes it easy for merchants to create campaigns.

Cons

n/a. The platform has delivered as promised. I am able to track digital campaigns in real time. Merchants are able to engage with customers through mms and sms messaging. I have not experienced any limitations with this product.
