I was very keen to bring this capability to Lotus, albeit a leaner, lighter version - that has continued to grow organically with the business. It's been great to see the relationship develop so positively with the Commercial teams - not just IT. Pros Loop is a highly intuitive product, and highly customisable. The stand-out benefit of Loop however, is the team at River behind the software. The business engagement, requirements understanding, and collaboration in effectively deploying to market - is standout. Cons This isn't really a criticism, but it is possible to go too far on customisation - which obviously increases cost. It's important that the customer agrees the requirements and development priorities. Reason for choosing Loop We could have gone with PowerBI dashboard reporting, and a separate task management / audit system for the retailers. However, to bring all of this functionality together in one platform is highly valuable. Review Source rS rob S. Proof is the fact the network access it to check data.The support set up is incredible and they always seem to be just behind you be it support or admin user access Pros Ease of filtering and visit report creation pulling in actions and opening pages in new tabs to multi page work at once Cons The visit report layout and the key elements that need to be read sometimes get lost, however this is improving, but font, colour and bold on the actual PDF could improve things Review Source Alun B.
