Pros

Optimum Messaging is a perfect messaging platform. Optimum delivers high quality solutions overall, and the messaging product is no different- performant at scale and is super easy to use. The implementation is straightforward. The user interface is intuitive and clean. The platform is feature rich and affordable. If you need a multichannel conversational and marketing messaging platform, Optimum Messaging is an excellent choice.

Cons

Hardly any cons to this product. Optimum Messaging a phenomenal stand alone product, but is even better when using with other Optimum products.
