Their cost effective plans have always been appealing and apt to allow the partners to get the most out of their investment in Zinfi. My overall experience with Zinfi is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone Pros Zinfi is doing great in managing the Partner relations. I have not seen a better product than Zinfi in this segment. One of the best features of the Partner Relation Management is that it adapts very smartly and intelligently with the existing infrastructure. Its great that Zinfi is also partnered with Microsoft, Salesforce, Zoominfo among others Cons While there is nothing I dislike about Zinfi. But there is always room for improvement and Zinfi can definitely do better by marketing their solutions aggressively to reach a wider audience. We can see that data can be easily transferred from our CRM to partner portal and the partner can view it without any manual interference. This helps us in sharing the accurate information with the partner. Moreover, the portal is highly secured so the data remains confidential. The complete onboarding process is very smooth and seamless, and the technical team was always ready to attend to our concerns and were able to setup the product as per our requirements. Pros As of my experience ZINFI is the best platform when it comes to the features like partner management, channel marketing, lead management etc... Zinfi helps the businesses grow and reach the right end user. Pros The best thing about Zinfi's partner portal is that it can be easily integrated with the current IT environment. We have integrated Zinfi with our ERP system and we have not faced any challenges till date. Also Zinfi's technical team is very cooperative and were able to meet our expectations during the onboarding process. Cons Zinfi is providing all the required features required in a partner portal.
