Its the best partner portal in terms of accessibility and connectivity Cons Zinfi can do better by providing a more customized experience to the partner. The smart tools also give us important info, making decisions easier. It also connects smoothly with our current systems, making everything run well. The platform is flexible and can grow, fitting our needs as they change. Cons Some people like me getting started was tough. Learning the features was hard and needed a lot of training. I did face some problems with the reports previously, but luckily their customer support was quick. Also, while customizing things is possible, but it needs tech skills, making it tricky at first. Pros It comes with lots of features & they are really helpful to go through it. It provides wide range of access to the enablement library for understanding/learning purpose. It also provides great UI and it can be customizable once you go through it. This all makes it easier to use.
