It has a nice User interface and is very easy to navigate. Pros One of the things I like most about Zinfi's PRM, is its responsiveness and ease-of-use. Cons I think the Search Engine Optimization for the Partner portal should be improved. I have had a couple of times where it wasn't easy for me to easily locate the portal on google search engine. Pros For me, the most impactful tool about ZINFI is to empower better decisions by giving insights into partner activities. It helped ours salesman and channel leaders to organize B2B process inside Enkel. Cons For us, the process of integrating marketing tatics to build partner pipelines was the most difficult part. Not only for the tool itself (it was a bit hard to use it), but our campaigns too, since we didn't have a truly integrated approach across a large partner base. For users who don't follow the explanations well, subtitles would help a lot to avoid pauses in classes.
