For community it might be a different case. Pros intuitive interface and extensive library of pseudo-native controls for the web which work pretty well on mobile. Cons documentation could have been more robust. community is a bit dormant. but above all - the pricing is so confusing for non sap clients. You never know when you'll break the barrier thru the free programme, so in the end that was the retractor.
