Its easy to manage and always gives clear instructions on what do next, how to do it and why its important. Pros Hike is easy to understand and the User interface makes it even easier to operate. Cons It would be nice to see rankings above position 100 to ensure new keywords are working their way to the top earlier in the process after making changes to the meta data. Getting help was often frustrating and difficult. Having to watch a video instead of getting a straight answer was beyond annoying. The task list was also frustrating because even when you resolved an issue, it would still show up. Or if the issue wasn’t actually fixed, it would show as resolved. The concept of Hike was great but it was executed very poorly. Pros The itemized list of tasks was great in theory. The concept of knowing what items need to be fixed was smart. Cons Honestly, I could never just get a straight answer from the team. There was always some video that needed to be watched. We had paid for the extra management but it was hard to tell where these hours were used without another video to watch. There were several other issues but these were honestly the most annoying. Switched from [Semrush](https://www.capterra.com/p/151962/SEMrush/) Cost. But Semrush was way better. We might go back to Semrush.
